Before making travel proposals, it is important to take a moment to look at the settings. This is where you can specify certain preferences. 

Account:

  • Personal information: complete personal information about yourself, such as your name and profile picture, to make contact with your customers more personal. 

  • Company information: complete information about the company, including social media channels.

  • Members: add colleagues to the same account in Lato here. Please note: per additional user, the cost of the subscription will increase. 

Security: if you wish to change your password, you can do so here

Billing: all information about your chosen subscription can be found here

DeepL: to access our translation tool DeepL, you need to add your own DeepL API key here

Trip:

  • Group booking: if it is about a group booking, you can check this button, so travelers can confirm separately 

  • Allow collaborators to edit fields: when forwarding a professional link, you can indicate whether or not the other travel professional(s) is/are allowed to edit the trip

  • Trip status: indicate your desired default trip status here 

  • Default language: indicate your desired default language here 

  • Show price: choose when to make the price visible (always, only at booked or never)

  • Enable chat: choose here whether you want to enable or disable the chat function 

  • Receive mail on chat message: indicate if you want to receive an email every time there is a chat message 

  • Show POIs: choose when to make the POIs visible (always, only at booked or never)

  • POI range: indicate which range you want to use for your POIs 

  • Show directions: indicate whether you want a display of directions between locations on the map

  • Show PDF: choose when to make the PDF visible (always, only at booked or never)

  • Show documents: choose when to make the documents visible (always, only at booked or never)

  • Default documents: add standard documents by country that are automatically included in new travel proposals to that destination 

Branding: 

  • Brands: in Lato you can add up to 5 logos per company 

  • Branding information: choose the desired size per logo and add two brand colors per brand to customize the travel app 

  • Terms & conditions: add per brand terms & conditions, which automatically appear on the travel app and to which travelers must agree before booking a trip

Map: Lato offers 4 different maps (Google Maps, Mapbox, OpenStreetMap and Tomtom). Depending on the destinations you are selling, choose which map to use.
