Lato is an ideal platform on B2B collaboration. Are you a DMC, local agent or tour operator selling travel to other travel professionals, but no longer want to send a PDF? Use the professional link in Lato and collaborate with fellow travel professionals.
As a travel agent you will receive an email where you can find the link of the forwarded travel proposal. When you click on the link, you will come the the collaboration page.
Click on "Go to the trip in Lato".
If you aren't a Lato user, you will first have to make a free account. If you have already created an account, just enter your login information. Once you have created an account, the forwarded trip will be added on top of the trip summary.
Choose first the language in which you want to work.
Click on the trip to open and edit or add information as needed.
If the step is marked in gray, it means you cannot make any changes. If the bullet is in green, you can make changes to the travel proposal. This may differ for each travel proposal, because it depends on what the travel professional allows you to modify. Please note that the price is always adjustable.
At step 5, you will find the traveler link, which, once the proposal is ready, you can forward to the travelers. They will then receive their travel proposal via email.
To personalize the travel proposal to your brand, go to settings. Under account, you can add company information, including social media channels, such as Instagram and Facebook. Under branding, you have the possibility to insert your logo and your own terms and conditions.
