In Lato's CRM, you can store all your customers' data. For each person, you can additionally add documents or notes and see what trip(s) have been created for him/her. In addition, you can also create a new contact while creating a travel proposal. To do so, go to the first step (General) > Travelers and click + to create a new contact.
