You can connect your CRM with Lato using Zapier to streamline contact management and ensure your data stays in sync. Follow these steps to set up the integration.

Step 1: Set Up in Lato

Log in to your Lato account and go to: https://portal.latotravelapp.com/settings/integrations

Click on "Generate API Key" and copy the API key.

Be sure to save the API key somewhere safe for later use.

Click on "Show Zapier Integrations."

Select your CRM and choose the workflow you need:

Step 2: Create the Workflow in Zapier

Log in to your Zapier account (or create a new account if you don’t have one).

Click on "Create Zap."

Set Up the Trigger:

For syncing from Lato to your CRM:

Select Lato as the trigger app.

Choose a trigger like "New Contact Added."

For syncing from your CRM to Lato:

Select your CRM as the trigger app.

Choose a trigger like "Contact Updated."

Set Up the Action:

Choose the action app: either your CRM (if the trigger is in Lato) or Lato (if the trigger is in your CRM).

Configure the action, such as "Create Contact" or "Update Contact."

Map the Fields:

Ensure you map all necessary fields (e.g., name, email, phone) between Lato and your CRM to ensure data is transferred correctly.

Step 3: Test and Activate

Test the Zap to verify that the data syncs properly.

Once the test is successful, turn on the Zap to enable automatic syncing.
